摘要
人才历来是一个国家、一个单位智力资源的标志,人才数量的多少、质量的高低、素质的优劣决定着其所属部门和行业的科技水平和创新能力。目前,吉林省正处于振兴的机遇期,国家“一带一路”倡议也使吉林省迎来了难得的发展时期,由此对人才的渴求也愈演愈烈。充分发掘人才,最大化地解决人才自身遇到的困难,制定相应的吸引和留住人才的措施,是振兴吉林乃至东北的关键所在。
Talent has always been a symbol of intellectual resources of a country or a unit.The quantity and quality of talents determine the scientific and technological level and innovative ability of a department or an industry.At present,Jilin Province is in the period of revitalization and“One Belt and One Road”Initiative brings Jilin Province a development opportunity,leading that the desire for talents has intensified.The key to the revitalizing of Jilin and even the Northeast China is to fully dig talents,solve the difficulties encountered by talents themselves and formulate corresponding measures to attract and retain talents.
