论法治视域下高校辅导员的作风建设

On the Construction of College Counselors’Style under the View of Rule of Law

依法治国是基本的治国方略,依法治校作为依法治国在教育领域的重要体现,要求教育工作者在作风建设中具备良好的法治思维。结合习近平总书记关于作风建设的指示精神,高校辅导员在作风建设中应该增强法治意识,从建章立制开始,发动学生参与,加强日常监督,才能使辅导员作风建设走上法治化轨道,促进依法治校目标的实现。

Governing a country by law is a basic strategy for country governance,and managing a school by law,as an important manifestation of governing a country by law in educational field,requires educators to have a good legal mind in the style construction.According to the instruction on the style construction by the General Secretary Xi Jin-ping,college counselors should enhance the law consciousness in the style construction.Beginning with establishing rules and regulations,mobilizing students to participate and strengthening routine supervision will make the style construction of college counselors run on the track of the rule of law,and realize the goal of running the school by the rule of law.
