中草药饲料添加剂对三黄鸡体重及屠宰指标的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为了探究中草药饲料添加剂对三黄鸡体重和屠宰性能的影响,采用2种不同中草药饲料添加剂配方饲养三黄鸡,并测定三黄鸡的活体重、屠体重、屠宰率、半净膛重、半净膛率、全净膛重、全净膛率、腿肌重、腿肌率、胸肌重、胸肌率、腹脂重、腹脂率等指标。结果表明:添加中草药饲料添加剂试验组三黄鸡的体重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、腿肌重、胸肌重、腹脂重等指标与对照组之间存在显著差异,而胸肌率、腿肌率和腹脂率与对照组的差异不显著。 In order to explore the effects of Chinese herb medicine feed additive on weight and slaughter performance of Sanhuang chickens,the Sanhuang chickens were fed with two kinds of feed additives with Chinese herbal medicine.The body weight,the dressed weight,the slaughter rate,the eviscerated weight,the eviscerated rate,the half-eviscerated weight,the half-eviscerated rate,the leg muscle weight,the leg muscle rate,the chest muscle weight,the chest muscle rate,the abdominal fat weight and the abdominal fat rate were measured.The results showed that the treatment groups and control group were significantly different from the body weight,the dressed weight,the eviscerated weight,the half-eviscerated weight,the leg muscle weight,the chest muscle weight and the abdominal fat weight,while the leg muscle rate,the chest muscle rate and the abdominal fat rate were not significant difference.
