基于AHP-模糊综合评价的农村产城融合研究

Study on Village-industry Integration Based on AHP-fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation in Rural Areas

在乡村振兴战略背景下,以农村产业与农村的融合发展为研究对象,构建了农村产城融合评价模型,通过AHP-模糊综合评价法评价了广西7家首批国家农村产业融合发展示范园的产城融合度。结果表明:6家示范园产城融合度已达到较高水平,1家示范园产城融合度处于中等水平;产业链、绿色GDP以及农业产值增量3个指标对农村产城融合起到了至关重要的推动作用;农村产城融合度等级较高的示范园示范带动效应明显。最后,提出了农村产城融合规划策略,并首次提出了村域尺度的产城融合发展模式——“乡村田园微城市”的规划构想,为实现乡村振兴战略提供了新思路和新方法。

Village-industry integration development was taken as the research object,and an evaluation model of village-industry integration was constructed.The degree of village-industry integration such as 7 rural industrial integration development demonstration gardens in Guangxi by the AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was evaluated.The results showed that the integration degree of the 6 demonstration gardens had reached a high level,and the other was in the middle level.The 3 indicators of industrial chain,green GDP and the increment of agricultural output value had played a vital role in the integration of village-industry.The demonstration garden with higher degree of village-industry integration had obvious effect of demonstration and driving.Combining with the case of planning practice,we put forward the strategy of village-industry integration planning and“garden micro-city”conception of rural planning and construction for the first time,which provides new ideas and new methods for the realization of the strategy of rural revitalization.
