基于超效率DEA-Tobit模型的安徽省农用地利用效率及影响因素研究 被引量:2

Study on Agricultural Land Utilization Efficiency and Influencing Factors in Anhui Province Based on Super Efficiency Dea-Tobit Model

摘要 对2015~2018年间安徽省16市农用地利用效率及影响利用效率的因素进行了研究分析。结果表明:(1)安徽省16市近4年农用地利用效率状态稳定,共7个市农用地平均利用效率达到有效状态,利用效率最高的为黄山市(1.163),最低的为淮北市(0.623);(2)安徽省农用地利用效率与各市地理位置无关,仅与对农用地的投入量及投入因素种类有关;(3)影响农用地利用效率的主要促进因子为农作物播种面积与农膜使用量,主要抑制因子为化肥施用量与农业从业人数,气温、降水等因素对农用地利用效率不产生影响。 The utilization efficiency of agricultural land and the factors influencing the utilization efficiency were studied and analyzed in 16 cities of Anhui Province from 2015 to 2018.The results showed that the utilization efficiency of agricultural land in 16 cities in Anhui Province had been stable in the past 4 years,and the average utilization efficiency of agricultural land in 7 cities had reached the effective state.The highest utilization efficiency was 1.163 in Huangshan City,and the lowest was 0.623 in Huaibei City.The utilization efficiency of agricultural land in Anhui Province had nothing to do with the geographical location of each city,but only with the amount of input to agricultural land and the types of input factors.The main factors influencing the utilization efficiency of agricultural land were the planting area of crops and the use of agricultural film,while the main inhibiting factors were the application amount of chemical fertilizer and the number of agricultural employees.Factors such as temperature and precipitation had no effect on the utilization efficiency of agricultural land.
