新时期残疾人高等教育“双创”能力培养问题研究

Research on Cultivation of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Abilities in Higher Education for the Disabled in the New Era

现阶段,大学生就业形势严峻,对残疾大学生来说就业尤为困难。培养大学生创新创业的素质和能力,鼓励大学生创业,可以有效缓解就业压力并实现其人生价值。但我国残疾人高等教育在“双创”能力培养上还存在不少问题,作为人才培养基地的高等特殊教育院校,应深入研究、讲究方法,加大对残疾大学生“双创”能力的培养力度,努力打造出综合素质硬、创业能力强的优秀人才。

At present,the employment situation for college students is grim,and it is particularly difficult for college students with disabilities to get a job.Cultivating the quality and ability of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship and encouraging college students to start businesses can effectively ease the pressure of employment and realize their life value.However,there are still many problems in cultivation of the entrepreneurship and innovation abilities in higher education for disabled students.Higher special education institutions that serve as grounds for talents training should conduct in-depth research and pay attention to methods to promote the training of disabled students’ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,trying to cultivate outstanding talents with good comprehensive quality and strong entrepreneurial ability.
