摘要
在追求高质量发展的时代背景下,培智学校课堂教学系统亟须进行系统、全面、深刻的重大变革,切实提高课堂教学质量十分关键。培智学校课堂系统的核心要素是课堂教学变革的重要突破路径和着力点。培智学校的教师观念需树立新的儿童观、课堂观、人才观、质量观;课程、教学的设计与调整是课堂教学质量的核心和重点;教学过程中诸多重要关系的正确处理是课程教学设计与调整的主要任务;促进不同课堂形态中师生、生生间学与思、知与行、教与学的互动。通过对这些方面的探究,以期为培智学校教育研究者、领导者、一线教师在课堂教学质量提升的理论思考、实践路径与策略等方面提供借鉴与启示。
In the context of pursuing high-quality development,the systematic,comprehensive and profound transformation is urgently needed in the classroom teaching system reform of schools for the mentally retarded children.It is urgent and crucial to improve the quality of classroom teaching.The core elements of the classroom teaching system in schools of mental retardation have become important breakthrough paths and focal points of classroom teaching reform.The new concept of children,classroom concept,talent concept,quality concept must be set up.Design and adjustment of curriculum and instruction are the core and key of classroom teaching quality.The correct handling of many important relationships in the teaching process is the main task of design and adjustment of curriculum and instruction.It is the key point to promote the interactions between teachers and students as well as students and students in different classroom forms,including the interaction between learning and thinking,recognizing and acting,teaching and learning.Through the exploration of these breakthrough paths and focal points,the author hopes to provide references and inspirations for educational researchers,leaders and front-line teachers in the aspects of theoretical thinking,practical paths and strategies for improving the quality of classroom teaching.
