摘要
依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和GB/T 27411-2012《检测实验室中常用不确定度评定方法与表示》两个不确定度相关标准,对GB 31604.49-2016《食品安全国家标准食品接触材料及制品砷、镉、铬、铅的测定和砷、镉、铬、镍、铅、锑、锌迁移量的测定》中第二部分"砷、镉、铬、镍、铅、锑、锌迁移量的测定"第一法"电感耦合等离子体质谱法"测定玻璃制品铅、镉、砷、锑迁移量的测量不确定度进行评定,根据分析方法,建立数学模型,找出检测过程中影响结果的不确定度分量来源并进行评定分析,最终得出不确定度评定结果。
According to national standards JJF 1059.1-2012 and GB/T 27411-2012,we evaluated the uncertainties in the determination of heavy metal mobility in food contact glass products by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry based on the first method provided in national standard GB 31604.49-2016.The mathematical model was established according to the analytical method,and the sources of the uncertainty components influencing the detection results were found out and evaluated.Finally,the uncertainty evaluation result was obtained.
