城市绿地空间提档升级管理创新实践——以邳州桃花岛公园改造工程为例

邳州桃花岛公园经过近30年来的使用,景观品质落后,功能匹配严重不足,亟须通过改造提升老公园品质,完善功能匹配。以邳州桃花岛公园提档升级工程为例,选用现代新型材料元素提升城市景观,治理老公园整个水域侵蚀的污染环境,净化水体,使之成为开敞式的城市绿地空间。以公园北侧主入口老公园改造成银杏树阵广场的整体施工管理为素材,对施工前期准备、过程管控、后期竣工验收、资料归档以及维保作了细致的分析总结,为类似的项目管理提供借鉴和参考。

After nearly 30 years of use,the landscape quality is backward,the function matching is seriously inadequate,it is urgent to transform and improve the quality of the old park,improve the function matching.Taking the upgrading project of Taohua Island Park in Pizhou as an example,new modern material elements are selected to enhance the urban landscape,to control the polluting environment eroded by the whole waters of the old park,to purify the water body,and to make it an open urban green space.Taking the transformation of the main entrance of the park on the north side of the old park into ginkgo tree array square of the overall construction management as the study basis,this paper makes a detailed analysis and summary of the beforehand construction preparation,process control,post-completion acceptance,data archiving,as well as maintenance,to provide reference for similar project management.
