2020年是脱贫攻坚决战决胜之年,做好扶贫工作对经济社会发展意义重大。吉林省贫困地区金融业态单一且产品种类匮乏、扶贫再贷款发放"门槛"较高、对顽固性贫困带动不足等问题是当前吉林省金融扶贫的难点所在。吉林省金融机构应从加快扶贫金融产品的开发运用、放宽扶贫再贷款的质押要求及加大贫困地区金融知识宣传和政策普及力度等方面探索金融扶贫的新路径。

2020 is the decisive year for poverty alleviation,it is of great significance for economic and social development to do a good job in poverty alleviation.At present, the difficulties of financial poverty alleviation in Jilin Province lie in the following aspects: single financial format and lack of product types in poor areas of Jilin Province, high "threshold" for poverty alleviation and re loan granting, and insufficient promotion of stubborn poverty, etc.Financial institutions in Jilin Province should explore new ways of financial poverty alleviation from the aspects of speeding up the development and application of poverty alleviation financial products, relaxing the pledge requirements of poverty alleviation re loans and increasing the financial knowledge publicity and policy popularization in poverty-stricken areas.
