基于DEA模型的福建省农村金融资源配置效率研究

农村金融资源配置效率是影响农村经济的首要因素,研究农村金融资源配置效率对乡村振兴、精准扶贫具有现实指导意义。基于DEA模型对福建省金融资源配置效率进行实证分析,在常规的农业贷款和财政支农的基础上融入城镇化率作为投入指标进行分析,分析结果表明福建省总体农村金融资源配置效率虽然较好,但仍然存在地域差异大、城镇化率普遍偏低的情况,而这些也是影响福建省农村金融资源配置效率的主要因素。为更好地实施乡村振兴战略,提高福建省农业经济发展水平,政府应提高农业贷款资金利用效率和金融资源配置效率,健全金融体系。

The efficiency of rural financial resources allocation is the primary factor affecting the rural economy. The research on the efficiency of rural financial resources allocation has practical significance for rural revitalization and targeted poverty alleviation. Based on DEA model, this paper analyzes the efficiency of financial resource allocation in Fujian Province, and integrates the urbanization rate as input index on the basis of conventional agricultural loans and financial support for agriculture,The results show that although the overall efficiency of rural financial resources allocation in Fujian Province is relatively good, there are still large regional differences and low urbanization rate, which are also the main factors affecting the higher allocation efficiency of rural financial resources in Fujian Province.In order to better implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy and improve the level of agricultural economic development in Fujian Province, the government should improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural loan funds, improve the allocation efficiency of financial resources, and improve the financial system.
