阶段相宜护理干预在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

Effects of stage-appropriate nursing intervention in schizophrenia patients

目的观察阶段相宜护理干预在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法以阶段相宜护理模式应用前(2017年2-9月)和应用后(2017年10月-2018年5月)收住于我院的精神分裂症患者各46例为研究对象,依据应用前后将其设为对照组与观察组,对照组接受精神分裂症常规护理管理,观察组接受阶段相宜护理干预,比较2组护理依从性评分、护理满意率、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(scale of social function in psychosis inpatients,SSPI)评分、住院耗时与治疗费用。结果观察组护理依从性评分、护理满意率、SSPI各因子评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),住院耗时与治疗费用显著低于对照组(t=-29.676,P<0.001;t=-12.837,P<0.001)。结论阶段相宜护理模式可显著提升精神分裂症患者护理依从性,有效推动其康复进程与优化康复效果,深受精神分裂症患者认可。

Objective To observe the effect of the stage-appropriate nursing in schizophrenic patients.Methods Forty-six schizophrenia patients admitted to our hospital between February and September 2017 were selected into the control group,while another 46 counterparts admitted between October 2017 and May 2018 were chosen into the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was provided with the stage-appropriate nursing.Both groups were evaluated nursing compliance,nursing satisfaction,hospital stay and hospital cost,as well as the scale of social function in psychosis inpatients(SSPI)score after the intervention.Results The nursing compliance score,nursing satisfaction rate and SSPI score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the hospital stay and cost of the former were significantly lower than the latter(t=-29.676,P<0.001;t=-12.837,P<0.001).Conclusion The stage-appropriate nursing can significantly improve the nursing compliance of schizophrenia patients,promote their rehabilitation effect,and shorten their rehabilitation process,which is widely recognized by patients.
