PDCA循环在神经外科ICU开放气道患者误吸防控中的应用

Application of PDCA circulation in the prevention and control of aspiration in neurosurgery ICU patients with open upper respiratory tract

目的探讨PDCA在神经外科ICU开放气道患者误吸防控中的应用效果。方法将2017年1-9月我科收治的391例开放气道患者作为对照组,将2018年1-9月收治的419例开放气道患者作为观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用PDCA管理模式对预防误吸措施进行管理。结果观察组误吸及吸入性肺炎发生率均低于对照组(χ^2=11.110,P=0.001;χ^2=9.257,P=0.002)。结论 PDCA循环可有效降低神经外科ICU患者误吸和吸入性肺炎发生率,提高危重症患者护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA in the prevention and control of aspiration in neurosurgery ICU patients with open upper respiratory tract.Methods Totally 391 patients with the open airway admitted to the neurosurgery ICU between January and September2017 were selected into the control group,while another 419 admitted between January and September 2018 were selected into the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was provided with prevention of aspiration using the PDCA mode.Results The occurrence of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (χ^2=11.110,P=0.001;χ^2=9.257,P=0.002).Conclusion The application of the PDCA mode can effectively reduce the incidence of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia of neurosurgery ICU patients,and improve the nursing quality.
