摘要
以某化肥厂的化肥生产物流过程为例,基于Petri网模型对化肥生产过程成本即时控制进行分析研究。首先对该生产物流过程中成本控制所存在的问题进行分析,并对其进行模型优化,对关键的生产要素进行详尽的定义描述,最后给出相应的线性回归求解方法。对化肥生产过程成本进行控制的研究有利于降低企业的生产成本,增加企业效益。
Taking the chemical fertilizer production logistics process of a chemical fertilizer factory as the example, the paper analyzed the real-time cost control of the chemical fertilizer production process based on the Petri net model. It first analyzed the problems existing with cost control in the process of production logistics. Then, targeting at said problems, it optimized the model and defined and described the key production factors in detail. Finally, it gave the corresponding linear regression solution method.
