超声诊断胎儿Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞及出生后七年随访一例

摘要 孕妇,28岁,妊娠30+周,P1G0,7年前常规产前检查发现胎儿心律不齐于我院就诊。孕妇一般情况尚可,无产前高危因素,系统超声排畸检查未见明显异常。胎儿超声心动图示胎儿心内结构未见异常,心律不齐。胎儿心律失常检测显示:胎儿四腔心切面后,在二维超声图像引导下,启用M型超声,取样线依次通过右心房壁-室间隔-左心室壁,见胎儿心房心室收缩频率不同步;右心房壁收缩频率为130~140次/min,而左心室壁收缩频率仅68次/min,二者相互独立,无依赖关系(图1)。
