基于正交试验方法的锅炉再热汽温调整

Adjustment about Reheat Steam Temperature of Boiler Based on Orthogonal Experiment Method

针对某660 MW四角切圆燃烧锅炉的再热汽温偏差问题,采用正交试验方法,将5层SOFA燃烧器水平摆角作为调整因素,以部分试验代替全面试验,研究各因素变化对各分析指标的影响规律,采用直观分析与方差分析相结合的办法,得到了最佳SOFA燃烧器水平摆角组合方式,可使再热汽温提高约4℃。

Aiming at the problem about reheat steam temperature deviation of a 660 MW tangentially fired boiler,this paper uses the orthogonal experiment method,takes the horizontal swing angle of 5 layers of SOFA burners as the adjustment factors,and replaces the overall experiments with partial experiments,to study the influence law of each factor change on each analysis index.By using visual analysis and variance analysis,the best combination of horizontal swing angle of SOFA burners is obtained,which can increase the reheat steam temperature by about 4℃.
