摘要
为了提高双金属片式产品动作特性性能的可靠性,综合各因素设计,以产品稳定电流下空行程余量与动作电流下行程余量之和作为设计余量,建立了双金属片式产品动作特性输出y值数学模型;利用参数设计方法,通过分析双金属片式产品动作特性数学模型中的影响因素。结果表明:主双比弯曲越大、辅双比弯曲越小、校验后产生的不同步误差越小、动作特性输出越好;结合动作特性y值数学模型,可为动作特性性能稳定性的设计优化、工艺改善提供有效的方向和依据。
To make the performance characteristics of bimetallic strip products more stable,a mathematical model of the output characteristic value y of the bimetallic product was established considering various factors and taking the sum of the idle stroke margin under the stable current of the product and the stroke margin under the operating current as the design margin;the parameter design method is used to analyze the influencing factors in the mathematical model of the operating characteristics of the bimetallic product.The results show that:the larger the main double-specific bending value,the smaller the auxiliary double-specific bending value,the smaller the out-of-synchronization error generated after verification,the better the output of the operating characteristics.The mathematical model of the operating characteristics value y can provide an effective direction and basis for the design optimization and process improvement of the stability of operating characteristics of the motor starter.
