摘要
鉴于目前低压断路器短路、电寿命等试验设备中阻抗投切方式的缺点,提出一种智能阻抗控制器。首先结合试验设备实际使用情况,分析了智能阻抗控制器的功能,然后详细论述了智能阻抗的控制,包括利用试验参数进行阻抗投入量计算以及利用查表法和IO关联进行阻抗自动投切;接着根据控制器功能分解,进行了硬件电路和相应软件设计。智能阻抗控制器在小型断路器电寿命设备中进行初步验证试验,实现阻抗自动投切功能,克服了传统阻抗投切的缺点。
In view of the shortcomings of the impedance switching mode in the current low voltage circuit breaker short-circuit testing,electrical-life testing and so on,an intelligent impedance controller was proposed.Firstly,this paper analyzes the function of the intelligent impedance controller based on the actual use of the test equipment,and then discusses in detail how to carry out the intelligent control,including the calculation of the impedance by using the test parameters and the realization of the impedance automatic switching by using the look-up table method and IO correlation.Then,according to the functional decomposition of the controller,the hardware and the corresponding software are designed on the hardware platform.The intelligent impedance controller designed in this paper is tested and verified in the MCB electrical-life equipment,it realizes the function of impedance automatic switching,and overcomes the shortcomings of traditional impedance switching.
