循环流化床锅炉水冷壁磨损原因分析及防磨措施

CFB锅炉是一种具有较广泛燃料适应性的锅炉,其燃烧效率较高、负荷调节范围广,在一定程度上有利于灰渣的回收和综合利用,有利于对环境的保护,因而深受行业推崇。但是在实际工作中也存在一系列问题,例如水冷壁管极容易受到磨损,连续运行周期较短,很容易发生爆管事故。由此可见,对于CFB锅炉相关磨损防护技术的探讨刻不容缓,探寻一套适用的解决方法。文章对循环流化床锅炉在实际使用当中存在的水冷壁易磨损问题进行了深入分析,列举了易磨损部位及主要原因,并提出了相对应的解决办法,以期对机组正常安全有效运行起到积极作用。

CFB boiler is a kind of boiler with a wide range of fuel adaptability.It has a high combustion effi ciency and a wide range of load regulation.To a certain extent,it is conducive to the recovery and comprehensive utilization of ash and slag,and is conducive to environmental protection,so it is highly praised and used in the industry.However,there are also a series of problems in the actual work,such as the water-cooled wall pipe is very easy to be worn,the continuous operation cycle is short and it is easy to have a tube explosion accident.It can be seen that the discussion on the relevant wear protection technology of CFB boiler is urgent,which requires the joint efforts of scholars in the industry and comrades working at the front line to explore a set of applicable solutions.Based on the author’s practical work experience,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problem of the water wall easy to wear in the practical use of CFB boiler,lists the parts easy to wear and the main reasons,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,in order to ensure the normal safe and effective operation of the unit.
