电厂热控DCS控制保护回路误动作原因及对策

摘要 随着技术水平的快速提升,电厂发电机组自动化控制水平也在不断提升,热工集散控制系统(DCS系统)由于具有较高的安全性和可靠性并且便于维护,被广泛地应用在电厂热控中,用于电厂设备的保护,不仅可以有效降低工作量,同时能够提升工作效率,而且使电厂机组的运行更加安全稳定。但是在实际运行过程中常常出现保护回路误动作的问题,影响正常运行,所以需要全方位分析DCS控制保护回路误动作原因,并采取针对性的解决对策,确保DCS系统的正常运行,保证发电机组的安全性和稳定性。 With the rapid improvement of technical level,the level of automatic control of power plant generator set is also constantly improving.Because of its high safety,reliability and easy maintenance,DCS system is widely used in thermal control of power plant,which can not only effectively reduce the workload,but also improve the work effi ciency,And make the operation of the power plant unit more safe and stable.However,in the actual operation process,the protection circuit malfunction often occurs,which affects the normal operation.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the causes of DCS control protection circuit malfunction and take targeted countermeasures to ensure the normal operation of DCS system and the safety and stability of generator set.
