某电厂在启动6 kV浆液循环泵时,由于F-C开关母线侧C相触头接触不良,造成三相飞弧接地短路,脱硫母线失电,主机部分瞬时失电,机组跳闸;分析故障原因,指出暴露出的问题,采取整改防范措施,可广泛适用于F-C开关柜触头优化管理。

When starting the 6 kV slurry circulating pump in a power plant,due to the poor contact of the C-phase contact on the side of the F-C switch busbar,the three-phase fl y-arc grounding short circuit,the power loss of the desulfurization busbar,the partial instantaneous power loss of the main engine,the tripping of the unit and the power loss of some factories,the cause of the failure is analyzed,the problems exposed are pointed out,and the preventive measures are adopted,which can be widely used in the optimal management of the contact of the F-C switchgear.
