摘要
在火电厂运行管理时燃料成本较大,因此燃料管理工作间接影响到火电厂运行的可靠性与经济性。基于RFID技术、网络信息技术、二维码技术、计算机系统等技术支持,构建燃料智能化管理系统,可以提高燃料管理综合效能。在自动化识别技术的应用下,可提升燃料智能化管理精准性,在实际系统构建时,可从以下领域入手设计:系统总体、识别系统、计量模块、采制样模块、化验模块、存样模块、门禁管理模块,确保智能化管理系统运行整体稳定性,提高火电厂经济效益。文章就火电厂燃料智能化管理系统构建,以及自动识别技术的实际应用分析探讨。
In the operation and management of thermal power plants,the fuel cost is relatively large,so the fuel management work indirectly affects the reliability and economy of thermal power plant operations.Based on technical support such as RFID technology,network information technology,QR code technology,and computer system,building an intelligent fuel management system can improve the overall efficiency of fuel management.Under the application of automatic identification technology,it can improve the accuracy of intelligent fuel management.When the actual system is constructed,it can be designed from the following fi elds:system overall;identifi cation system;1.Access control management module to ensure the overall stability of the operation of the intelligent management system and improve the economic efficiency of the thermal power plant.This paper discusses the construction of intelligent fuel management system for thermal power plants and the practical application of automatic identifi cation technology.
