摘要
自改革开放以来,国内经济处于不断提升的态势中,目前我国各行各业的用电需求在不断上涨,然而电能资源是存在限制的,在特定的时间段,部分地区仍要采取限电措施控制供电,供电企业也必须通过这样的措施保证后续电能资源的供应,待该地区的电能恢复后才能持续供电。为更好地提供供电服务,供电企业应采取有效的措施减少限电给用户带来的不便,以满足市场用户的需求。文章对供电企业客户服务中心的职能做出研究,提出了关于供电企业客户服务中综合停电的管理措施与优化建议,希望能够为实际工作提供参考。
Since the reform and opening up,the domestic economic level is in a situation of continuous improvement.At this stage,the demand for electricity in all walks of life in our country is also rising.However,there are restrictions on electrical energy resources.In certain time stages,some regions still have to Power-limiting measures are adopted to control the power supply,and power supply enterprises must also ensure the supply of subsequent power resources through such measures,and the power supply can only be continued after the power in the area is restored.In order to better provide power supply services,power supply enterprises should take effective measures to reduce the inconvenience caused to users by the power restriction measures to meet the needs of market users.This paper makes a research from the functions of the customer service center of the power supply enterprise,and puts forward management measures and optimization suggestions on the comprehensive power outage in the customer service of the power supply enterprise,hoping to provide a reference for practical work.
