电力资源在目前的生产生活中发挥着重要作用,稳定生产、强调供应,对于维系社会生产、便捷人们生活有重要的价值。当前的电力资源生产存在着多方面的生产安全风险,风险的存在,不仅影响生产安全,还会影响生产的稳定性、持续性以及生产中的成本控制,所以强调风险分析,明确引发风险的具体要素,并在实践中做好控制,现实意义显著。就安全生产实践来看,在风险评估的基础上设计构建应急体系,可以为生产安全控制提供帮助。基于此,文章就电力生产安全风险与应急体系建设思路等做了分析与讨论,旨在为实践提供帮助与指导。

Electric power resources play an important role in current production and living practices,stabilizing production,and emphasizing that supply has important value for maintaining social production and facilitating people’s lives.Summarizing the current power resource production,it is found that there are various production safety risks.The existence of risks not only affects production safety,but also affects the stability and continuity of production and the cost control in production practice.It is signifi cant to clarify the specifi c elements that cause risks and to control them in practice.From the perspective of production safety practices,designing and constructing an emergency system based on risk assessment can help production safety control.Based on this,the article analyzes and discusses the power production safety risk and emergency system construction ideas,etc.,and aims to provide help and guidance for practice.
