摘要
传统RTU(英文全称Remote Terminal Unit,即远程终端控制系统)站已较难满足现在变电站发展的需要,因此需要对传统RTU变电站进行综合自动化改造。综合自动化变电站以计算机技术为基础,以数据通讯为手段,以信息共享为目标,是当前的发展趋势。文章结合一座110 kV RTU变电站的改造实践,分析了RTU变电站与综合自动化变电站的差异,并研究旧站综合自动化改造的软硬件配置、设计原则,探索施工改造的可行方案。
Traditional RTU substation has been diffi cult to meet the needs of the development of the substation,so it is necessary to carry out comprehensive automation transformation of the traditional RTU substation.Integrated automation substation based on computer technology,by means of data communication,aiming at information sharing,is the current development trend.Based on a 110 kV RTU substation reformation practice,analyzed the difference from RTU substation integrated automation substation and study the software and hardware confi guration of the integrated automization innovation of the old station,design principles,to explore feasible construction plan.And the substation is a high load substation,the transformation scheme of smooth transition has reference value.
