物流高质量发展研究述评与展望

Review and Prospect of Research on the High-Quality Development of Logistics Industry

我国经济已进入高质量发展阶段,物流高质量发展对国家经济高质量发展具有重要意义。通过对国内外物流高质量发展的研究成果进行梳理和总结,对相关文献的数量、引用指标、时间分布、文献来源、学科分布、研究主题、研究层次、基金项目资助进行描述性统计分析,从物流高质量发展的概念与内涵、影响因素、形成机理与发展路径、发展模式与类型、评价标准与指标、研究方法、作用及物流企业高质量发展等方面进行内容分析,结果显示,物流高质量发展的研究成果特别是高质量研究成果数量不多,基础研究和技术研究薄弱,多学科的交叉研究不足,研究的广度与深度仍有欠缺,研究缺乏系统性。我国物流高质量发展存在概念模糊、形成原因不明、因果关系不清,缺乏明确的评判标准、科学的发展理念、明确的发展目标和清晰的发展路径,物流高质量发展模式及研究方法较为单一等问题。未来应以物流高质量发展的概念与内涵、形成机理、评判标准及评价指标体系、系统构建、发展模式、基础性研究与技术研究等课题为重点开展系列研究,改进研究方法,加强多范式研究。

China’s economy has entered a stage of high-quality development,which is of great significance to the high-quality development of the national economy. The author combs and summarizes the research results of high-quality development of logistics at home and abroad,and the number of relevant literature achievements,citation indicators,time stage,document sources,subject distribution,research topics,research levels,funds descriptive statistical analysis is carried out on project funding;and content analysis is carried out from the concept and connotation of high-quality logistics development,influencing factors,formation mechanism and development path,development model and type,evaluation criteria and indicators,research methods and functions and impact. The results show that:there is not enough research achievements(especially the high-quality achievements)on high-quality logistics development;the basic and technical research are weak;cross-disciplinary research is insufficient;the breadth and depth of research is still lacking;and there is the lack of systematic study. There are many issues that need to be studied urgently for the development of high-quality logistics:China ’s high-quality logistics has unclear concepts,unclear causes,unclear causality;there is the lack of clear judgment standards,scientific development concepts,clear development goals and path;and the development model and research methods are relatively simple. In the future,we should focus on the concepts and connotation of high-quality logistics development,formation mechanism,evaluation criteria and evaluation index system,construction of high-quality logistics development system,high-quality logistics development model,basic research and technical research,etc. to improve research methods and strengthen multi-paradigm research.
