推进江西物流降本增效的若干思考

Thoughts on promoting logistics to reduce costs and increase efficiency in Jiangxi

近年来,江西省物流业得到较快发展,物流基础设施网络不断完善,运行组织效率持续提高,服务实体能力大幅提升,促进经济转型作用明显。但与全国相比,仍然存在系统规划不足、空间布局不完善、资源整合不充分、发展方式较为粗放等问题,一定程度制约了江西省物流降本增效。在借鉴先进发达省份物流降本增效经验的基础上,从规划布局、打造通道、完善网络、培育主体、构建平台、提升效率、健全标准、优化环境等方面提出了相关对策建议。

In recent years,the logistics industry in Jiangxi province has developed rapidly,the logistics infrastructure network and the operation organization efficiency have been continuously improved,the ability of service entities has been greatly improved,and the role of promoting economic transformation is obvious.However,compared with the whole country,there are still problems such as inadequate system planning,imperfect spatial layout,inadequate resource integration,and extensive development mode,which have restricted the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of logistics in Jiangxi province to a certain extent.Based on the experience of cost reduction and efficiency improvement of logistics in advanced developed provinces,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions in terms of planning layout,building channels,improving networks,cultivating subjects,building platforms,improving efficiency,improving standards,and optimizing environment.
