从油品销售企业到“碳感知”能源公司--芬兰St1能源公司低碳转型经验借鉴

From oil sales enterprises to “CO2-aware” energy companies--The low-carbon transformation experience of Finnish St1 Energy Company

芬兰的能源转型特点明显,能源政策兼顾增强能源安全、经济增长和环境保护三重目的。芬兰St1能源公司积极探索关注碳排放的发展路径,在发展愿景中提出了"碳排放感知"这一核心理念。公司在油品销售中不断扩大可再生燃料业务,将地热作为未来主要的低碳能源业务之一,同时开展生物燃料加工、交通领域脱碳和碳封存等研究。中国石油企业在优先发展与自身优势协同性高的新能源业务的同时,可进一步向多领域拓展。建议重点发展与炼化业务相近的生物燃料加工,与钻井技术相关的地热开发,与加油站销售网络结合发展综合能源服务,利用油田区位优势发展光伏、风力发电等业务。

The energy transition of Finland has obvious features and its energy policies consider such three goals as strengthening energy security,economic growth and environmental protection.St1 Energy Company in Finland actively explores and pays attention to carbon emissions development path,and puts forward the company’s core value of "to be a producer and seller of CO2-aware energy".St1 enlarges the renewable energy sales,develops geothermal business by taking it as one of the main low carbon business,conducts research on biofuel processing,transportation decarbonization,and carbon storage.While giving priority to developing new energy businesses with high synergy with their own advantages,Chinese oil companies can further expand into multiple fields.It is suggested to focus on the development of biofuel processing that is close to refining and chemical business,combine with technology-related geothermal development,develop comprehensive energy services in combination with the sales network of gas stations,and develop photovoltaic,wind power and other businesses by taking advantage of their oil field location.
