摘要
作为绿色环保的新兴压裂工艺,电驱压裂技术具有响应速度快、单机功率密度大、作业效率高、系统国产化率高等优点。技术对标国内外主流企业电驱压裂产品,在性能参数、作业时效和环保性等方面,对比分析电驱与传统柴油驱动压裂设备。按照费用比选模型,评价电驱与柴油驱压裂机组的经济性,分析不同类型费用对整体经济性的影响。现场供电是制约电驱压裂技术规模应用的主要外部因素,根据供电模式的经济性,提出国内建立"电网供电为主,燃气发电为补充"供电模式,分析不同电网建设模式的可行性。结合主要油气田的产能建设要求和地面电力工程规划,指出川渝页岩气区块的供电瓶颈逐步缓解,新疆和长庆油气产区虽然供电基础薄弱,但是未来经过升级改造,完全可以具备电驱压裂供电条件。
As a novel eco-friendly stimulating technology,electric-powered fracturing technology exhibits advantages of high efficiency,high power density,rapid response and high localization rate.This paper performs the technology comparison and evaluation between domestic and foreign commercially-available electric-powered fracturing system in terms of specifications,operation efficiency and environmental protection;carries out the economic comparison and evaluation between diesel-powered and electric-powered fracturing fleets with cost comparison model.Under the main external factor that power supply dominantly governs the large-scale application of electric-powered fracturing,it proposes that the power supply with grids will be considered as the principal electric source in China with the supplement of the gas power generation based upon the economic evaluation of different power-supply modes.According to the planning and scheme of enhanced recovery and power grids construction,it points out that the power supply bottleneck of Sichuan-Chongqing shale gas block is gradually relieved and the future upgrading and transformation will fully meet the requirements of electric drive fracturing power supply although the power supply foundation of Xinjiang and Changqing oil and gas field is weak.
