舒敏仪联合他克莫司及薇诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Sensitive Instrument Combined with Tacrolimus and Winona Sumin Moisturizing Cream in the Treatment of Glucocorticoid-dependent Dermatitis

目的:观察舒敏仪联合他克莫司及薇诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎(以下简称激素依赖性皮炎)的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年1月-2019年5月笔者医院收治的激素依赖性皮炎患者86例,按数字随机法分成对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用他克莫司软膏+薇诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜治疗,观察组采用舒敏仪+他克莫司软膏+薇诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜联合治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果及复发率。结果:治疗8周后,两组患者皮损评分(2.16±1.50)分vs(3.56±1.60)分,观察组分值低于对照组;观察组的治疗有效率100%,高于对照组的81.4%;随访发现,观察组1例复发,复发率2.33%;对照组4例复发,复发率为11.11%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒敏仪+他克莫司软膏+薇诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜联合治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of suminyi combined with tacrolimus and winona sumin moisturizing cream in the treatment of glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis.Methods 86 patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the digital random method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment+winona somin moisturizing special cream for hormone-dependent dermatitis,while the observation group was treated with combination of sumin+tacrolimus ointment+winona somin moisturizing special cream for hormone-dependent dermatitis.The clinical effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of skin lesions in the observation group 2.16±1.50 were lower than those in the control group 3.56±1.60.The effective rate of the observation group was 100%higher than that of the external control group(81.4%).Follow-up showed that there was only 1 recurrence in the observation group with a recurrence rate of 2.33%,and 4 in the control group with a recurrence rate of 11.11%(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of suminyi+tacrolimus ointment+winona sumin moisturizing special care cream has significant efficacy and high safety in treating hormone-dependent dermatitis,which is worthy of clinical application.
