贻贝粘蛋白医用冷敷贴对面部敏感性皮肤临床症状的改善作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:评价贻贝粘蛋白医用冷敷贴对面部敏感性皮肤临床症状的改善作用及耐受性。方法:将60例面部敏感性皮肤就医者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组和观察组分别外用0.9%生理盐水和贻贝粘蛋白医用冷敷贴冷敷。观察组第1周每日外用贻贝粘蛋白医用冷敷贴1次,每次冷敷20min,连续1周。第2周每周外用贻贝粘蛋白医用冷敷贴3次,每次冷敷20min;对照组外用0.9%生理盐水,使用方法与观察组相同。采用包含五项主观症状(刺痛、烧灼感、紧绷感、瘙痒、潮红)的敏感指数评估标尺评估主观症状的改善程度,由就医者在每次使用医用冷敷贴或0.9%生理盐水冷敷20min后进行疗效评价。在临床观察结束后评估患者对贻贝粘蛋白医用冷敷贴的耐受性。结果:使用贻贝粘蛋白医用冷敷贴第1天,观察组与对照组的五项临床症状均有不同程度的改善,但无统计学差异。使用贻贝粘蛋白医用冷敷贴第7、14天时,观察组五项临床症状的改善明显好于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。100%的就医者对产品的耐受性良好。结论:贻贝粘蛋白医用冷敷贴对面部敏感性皮肤的临床症状有明显的改善作用,且耐受性良好。 Objective To evaluatethe clinical improvement and tolerance of mussel adhesive protein medical cold compress in patients with facial sensitive skin.Methods Total 60 cases with facial sensitive skin were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with 0.9%saline and mussel adhesive protein medical cold compress respectively.A mussel adhesive protein medical cold compress was applied once daily for the first week in the observation group for 20 minutes each time for 1 week.In the second week,the mussel adhesive protein medical cold compress application was applied 3 times a week for 20 minutes each time.The control group was applied with 0.9%saline,and was used in the same way as the observation group.A sensitivity index evaluation scale,which including 5 subjective skin conditions(stingling,burning,tightness,itching and flushing)was adopted for clinical efficacy assessment.Subjects evaluated the efficacy after each application of a medical cold compress or 0.9%saline for 20 minutes.Each evaluation was scored by the subjects based on their self-perception after receiving treatment,and the clinical symptoms scores of the two groups were compared using statistical methods.The tolerance of patients to mussel adhesive protein medical cold compress was evaluated after treatment.Results On the first day of using mussel adhesive protein medical cold compress,the five clinical symptoms of the experimental group and the control group were improved to varying degrees,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).On the 7 th and 14 th days of treatment,the subjects in the observation group and the control group were compared to scores of various subjective symptoms after treatment.Compared with the control group,the improvement of the five subjective symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The tolerance was judged to be very good for the large majority of the patients.Conclusion Mussel adhesive protein medical cold compress can effectively relieve clinical symptoms of facial sensitive skin.
