摘要
皮肤瘢痕给瘢痕患者的身心带来了巨大的痛苦,但传统的治疗方法并不能达到令人非常满意的治疗效果。近年来,激光作为新型治疗方法逐渐应用于瘢痕治疗,特别是CO2点阵激光取得了可喜的治疗效果,在临床中的应用也越来越广泛。CO2点阵激光依据点阵光热作用理论而研发,临床效果显著,不良反应少,有望与传统及脂肪干细胞、富血小板血浆、A型肉毒毒素等新型瘢痕治疗方式联合应用,为不同类型、不同时期的瘢痕提供更加行之有效的治疗方案。
The skin scar brings great pain to the body and mind of the patients with scar,but the satisfactory effect remains elusive under conventional treatment.During recent years,laser treatment has gained popularity as a novel method for skin scar,highlighting the classical CO2 2fractional laser which exhibits promising results in reducing scar and its application in clinical practice is more and more extensive.According to Fractional photothermolysis theory CO2 fractional laser is developed,and it gains significant clinical effects and few adverse reactions.In order to provide more effective treatment schemes for different types and different periods of scar,CO2 fractional laser is expected to be combined with traditional or new scar treatment methods such as Fadipose derived stem cells,Platelet-rich plasma and Botulinum toxin type A.
