摘要
面部支持韧带是一种走行于软组织之间的结缔组织复合物。作为浅表肌腱膜系统(superficial muscularis aponeurotic system,SMAS)和真皮与深筋膜和骨膜的锚定点,起支持、固定其相应区域面部的皮肤和皮下软组织,维持正常的解剖位置的作用。单极射频是一种通过升高组织温度而使皮肤松弛得到改善的治疗方法,可以穿透到达真皮及皮下组织,所以笔者科室在做单极射频治疗时提出一种新的治疗理念,即根据面部支持韧带的走行和锚定点的位置,改变常规单极射频治疗策略,在重要部位加强治疗,以达到更好的治疗效果。
The facial retaining ligament is a connective tissue complex that travels between soft tissues.As an anchor point,it connects the superficial muscularis aponeurotic system (SMAS),dermis,deep fascia and periosteum,supporting and fixing the facial skin and subcutaneous soft tissue in the corresponding area.The monopolar radiofrequency is a procedure commonly used for the treatment of skin laxity from an increase in tissue temperature.The monopolar radiofrequency can penetrate into the dermis and subcutaneous tissue,so we propose a new treatment concept when doing monopolar radiofrequency treatment,that is,changing the conventional monopolar radiofrequency treatment strategy according to the position of the facial retaining ligament and the position of the anchor point.The intensive treatment in importantareas may achieve better therapeutic results.
