摘要
为提高系统对光伏发电的的接纳能力,本文提出一种考虑了碳排放交易成本的含大规模光伏电力系统中抽水蓄能优化调度模型,并对其求解方法进行了研究。本文通过对低碳经济进行分析研究,提出了引入基于CDM的碳排放交易机制研究,并基于此对电力系统的经济调度进行分析。提出了一种改进的K均值聚类算法,对光伏历史发电的出力场景进行聚类分析并获得典型场景及相应概率值,在保证光伏发电出力分布特征的前提下削减场景数量;以系统综合运行成本最低为目标,兼顾系统的运行经济性和低碳性,利用抽水蓄能作为能量型储能参与接入光伏发电后系统的调峰平衡。最后,通过对改进的IEEE RTS-96系统进行仿真计算,算例结果验证了本文所提模型的合理性和有效性。
In order to improve the system’s acceptance of photovoltaic power generation,an optimal scheduling model of pumped storage system with large-scale photovoltaic power generation system based on carbon trading is proposed. Based on the concept of low-carbon economy,the stepped carbon trading mechanism is introduced into the economic dispatch of power system. An improved mean clustering algorithm based on maximum and minimum distance criterion is used to cluster photovoltaic power generation scenarios effectively,and the number of scenarios is reduced while ensuring the distribution characteristics of photovoltaic power generation output;aiming at the lowest comprehensive operation cost of the system,taking into account the operation economy and low carbon of the system,pumped storage is used as an example. Energy storage participates in peak shaving balance of photovoltaic power generation system. An improved IEEE RTS-96 system is used to simulate and analyze the model. The simulation results show that the model is reasonable and effective.
