基于文件管理的采编记录仪设计

Design of Acquisition Recorder Based on Document Management

针对高超声速飞行器等高速武器装备遥测数据越来越多,及数据回读分析耗时久、工作量大的问题,设计了一种基于文件管理的采编记录仪。该系统能够完成对多种不同信号的采集编码,并对编码后的数据进行实时存储;为快速、可选择地提取有效试验数据,设计了基于空闲区的文件管理方法,主要功能包括文件信息的读取、存储容量显示、断点续存。通过配套的测试设备,对采编记录仪的文件管理功能进行了测试,并对测试数据进行了完整性分析和准确性校验,结果表明系统功能完善,能够快速可靠地进行海量数据的存储及回读。

Aiming at the increasing number of telemetry data for high-speed weapon equipment such as hypersonic vehicles and the problems of costing long time and heavy workload of data readback analysis,a document-based acquisition recorder is designed.The system can complete the acquisition and encoding of a plurality of different signals,and store the encoded data in real time.In order to extract valid test data quickly and selectively,a document management method based on free area is designed. The main functions include document information reading,storage capacity display and the breakpoint information storage.Through the supporting test equipment,the document management function of the acquisition recorder is tested,and the integrity analysis and accuracy verification of the test data are carried out.The results show that the system is fully functional and can store and read back massive data quickly and reliably.
