党支部是党的基础组织,是党组织开展工作的基本单元,是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。在百年之大变局的新形势下,加强基层党支部建设尤为重要。但是,当前基层党支部建设还是存在一些问题与不足,我们必须提高认识,增强履职能力,提升工作质量,提高党员素质,充分发挥出基层党支部政治核心和战斗堡垒作用,从而把党的事业推向前进。
