摘要
武术是中国的传统体育项目之一,历史悠久,爱好者众多。近年来,武术训练的科学化成为了受人广泛关注的时代命题。从人体的肩部、腰部、腿部三个重要柔韧性部位,对柔韧性在武术教学中的重要性进行浅析;通过归纳柔韧性训练特点,运用适合的方式方法来指导肩部、腰部、腿部柔韧的练习,对如何进行柔韧性训练提出合理性建议,使武术教学更加合理化,对完成武术动作标准提供帮助。
Wushu is one of the traditional sports in China.This paper analyzes the importance of flexibility in Wushu teaching from three important flexibility parts of human body:shoulder,waist and leg.Through summarizing the characteristics of flexibility training,using suitable methods to guide the practice of shoulder,waist and leg flexibility,it puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to carry out flexibility training In order to make Wushu teaching more reasonable and help to complete Wushu movement standard.
