河南省跆拳道竞技裁判员队伍研究

A Study on the Team Referees of Taekwondo in Henan Province

采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对河南省跆拳道运动协会注册的专业裁判员进行研究。结果表明,学习与培训机会比较少,竞赛规则的熟悉程度参差不齐,裁判员流动性比较大。鉴于此,从培训次数、交流平台、实践方面提出河南省跆拳道竞技裁判员队伍发展的建议与对策。

The literature referee method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis method were used to study the professional referees registered in Henan Taekwondo Sports Association.The results show that there are fewer opportunities for learning and training,varying degrees of familiarity with competition rules,and greater referee mobility.In view of this,from the training frequency,communication platform,and practice,suggestions and countermeasures for the development of the team of referees in Henan Province.
