摘要
采用实验法对调查对象进行为期16周的健身气功八段锦练习实验,利用亚健康状态自测量表(SRSHS)工具对被试进行实验前后的测查。对比分析发现:调查对象亚健康人群比例为59.9%,其中博士研究生高于硕士研究生,经过16周健身气功八段锦练习后,亚健康状态均得到改善并具有显著性,躯体亚健康状态部分指标有显著性变化,心理亚健康状态中抑郁、焦虑和烦躁指标的变化具有显著性,社会关系维度中的3个指标没有呈现显著性变化。实验表明,习练健身气功八段锦对于改善研究生亚健康状态具有一定功效,但也有其局限性。
Some graduate students of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology has been selected for a 16-week health Qigong Baduanjin exercise with method of experiment.Subjects were measured before and after the experiment using the SRSHS scale.Empirical analysis finds that the proportion of postgraduates in Taiyuan University of Science and Technology was 59.9 and the proportion of doctoral students is higher than that of master’s students.Sub-health status was improved and significant after 16 weeks of practice.There were significant changes in physical and mental sub-health status in addition to dimensions of social sub-health.Experimental results show that Qigong Baduanjin has certain effect on improving sub-health state of postgraduates but it has its limits.
