竞技性民族传统体育项目科学训练现状审视——基于高脚竞速运动员身体机能状态监控与疲劳诊断研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究目的:参考奥运项目备战期间的训练体系,审视民族体育高脚竞速运动训练的科学性,揭示竞技性民族传统体育项目科学训练现状,并对科学训练的监控指标进行构建。研究方法:文献资料法、专家访谈法等。研究结果与结论:高脚竞速运动的训练以"经验"训练为主,训练科学性严重不足,训练中缺乏对运动员身体机能状态的监控和运动性疲劳的诊断,影响项目竞技水平进一步提升;顶层设计缺乏高水平的国际赛事,致使项目发展的内在动力不足、缺乏经费投入与专业的科研人员等是导致训练科学性不足的关键原因;未来,心率与晨脉、体重、血压、尿液等简单可操作指标及主观感觉的判断可作为运动员身体机能状态和运动性疲劳诊断的指标,但相关指标的使用一定要控制好变量,确保指标使用的准确性和精确性。 With reference to the training system during the preparation of the Olympic Games,the scientific nature of the national sports high-speed sports training is examined,and the current state of scientific training of competitive national traditional sports is revealed.The study believes that the training of high-speed racing is mainly based on"experience"training,and the training is seriously insufficient.The lack of monitoring of the athlete’s physical function and the diagnosis of sports fatigue are in the training,which affects the further improvement of the competition level of the project;Lack of high-level international competitions,the lack of internal motivation for project development,lack of funding and professional researchers are the key reasons for the lack of scientific training;in the future,heart rate and morning pulse,weight,blood pressure,urine,etc.The judgment of operational indicators and subjective feelings can be used as indicators for the diagnosis of athletes’physical function and exercise fatigue,but the use of relevant indicators must control the variables to ensure the accuracy and accuracy of the indicators.
