摘要
介绍架空导线用硬铝线导电率从61%提高到63%的研制过程。通过对铝中微量杂质的配方控制和熔体净化,采用新的连续挤压和退火工艺,使拉丝加工硬化过程强度提高而电阻基本不增加,导电率降低甚微,达到高强度高导电的目标。试制成导电率63%的硬铝线及绞线,用于架空线路时,可相应减少线路能源损耗2.71%以上,按年用量60万吨,每年可节约9.9亿度电以上。
This paper introduces the development process of raising the conductivity of hard aluminum wire for overhead conductors from 61% to 63%. Through the formulation control and melt purification of trace impurities in aluminum,adopting new continuous extrusion and annealing process,the strength of wire drawing hardening process is increased,the resistance is basically not increased,and the conductivity is slightly reduced to achieve the goal of high strength and high conductivity. Hard aluminum wire and stranded wire with the conductivity of 63% are trials produced. When it is used for overhead lines,the energy loss of the lines can be reduced by more than 2. 71%,the annual consumption can be 600 thousand tons,and the annual power consumption can be saved by more than 990 million kilowatt hours.
