摘要
针对绕包设备的特点,利用Pro/E三维设计软件研发了一款结构紧凑、回转半径小的新型绕包设备。研究了回转半径与包带盘数量的关系,设计了空心转轴、包带盘带夹和绕包张力控制装置。通过制造工程样机,表明三维CAD技术可以缩短复杂电缆绕包设备的研发周期。
According to the characteristics of wrapping equipment,a new type of wrapping equipment with compact structure and small turning radius is developed by using Pro/E.The relationship between the turning radius and the number of wrapping discs is studied.The hollow shaft,wrapping clamp and wrapping tension control device are de⁃signed.Through manufacturing engineering prototype,it shows that 3D CAD technology can shorten the research and development cycle of complex cable wrapping equipment.
