骨水泥型股骨假体全髋关节置换术治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折的效果及安全性分析

Effect and safety of total hip replacement with cemented femoral prosthesis for elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral neck fracture

目的评价骨水泥型股骨假体全髋关节置换术治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折的效果。方法选择2017年7月至2018年7月本院收治的老年骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折患者36例,按照奇偶法的要求将其平均分成试验组(骨水泥型股骨假体全髋关节置换术)与对照组(次生物型的股骨假体全髋关节置换术),分析两组髋关节功能、出血量、并发症和疼痛度。结果试验组髋关节功能、出血量、并发症和疼痛度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折实际治疗期间,合理使用骨水泥型的股骨假体全关节置换术,有助于促使髋关节功能的合理改善,有着很好的推广优势。

Objective To evaluate the effect of total hip arthroplasty with cemented femoral prosthesis in the treatment of senile osteoporotic femoral neck fracture.Methods Thirty-six elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from July,2017 to July,2018 were divided into an experimental group,treated by total hip replacement with cemented femoral prosthesis,and a control group,treated by total hip replacement with sub-biological femoral prosthesis,according to the requirements of parity method,with 18 cases in each group.The hip function,blood loss,complications,and pain degree were analyzed.Results The hip joint function,blood loss,complications,and pain degree of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion During the actual treatment of osteoporotic femoral neck fracture,the rational use of total joint replacement with bone cement type femoral prosthesis is helpful to promote the reasonable improvement of hip joint function and has a good promotion advantage.
