腹腔镜全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床效果

目的探索以腹腔镜全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术(TEP)治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法以2017年7月至2019年6月本院收治的80例腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,以手术方式的不同将患者分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=45);对照组无张力疝修补术植入善释片治疗,观察组TEP治疗。对比两组手术结局及预后指标。结果观察组术程较对照组明显更短(P<0.05)、术中失血量较对照组明显更少(P<0.05)、创口直径较对照组明显更小(P<0.05);观察组下床活动时间较对照组明显更早(P<0.05)、总住院时间较对照组明显更短(P<0.05);观察组术后止痛药使用频次较对照组明显更少(P<0.05)、疼痛评分较对照组明显更低(P<0.05)、睡眠质量评分较对照组明显更低(P<0.05);观察组并发症类型较对照组明显更少,且其并发症发生率明显低于对照组(11.11%比45.7%,P<0.05)。结论TEP技术治疗成人腹股沟疝能够有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗安全性,简化手术过程,降低患者并发症发生率,具有较好的临床推广意义。

Objective To explore the clinical study of laparoscopic total extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair(TEP)in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia.Methods 80 patients with inguinal hernia treated at our hospital from July,2017 to June,2019 were selected as research objects,and were divided into a control group(n=35)and an observation group(n=45)according to different surgical methods.The control group were treated with tension-free hernia repair and implanted with Shanshi tablets,and the observation group were treated with TEP.The surgical outcomes and prognosis were compared between these two groups.Results The surgical procedure,intraoperative bleeding volume,wound diameter,time for off-bed activity,hospital stay,frequency taking painkiller,pain score,and sleep quality were better in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The complications was fewer in the observation group than in the control group;and the incidence of complications were lower in the observation group than in the control group(11.11%vs.45.7%;P<0.05).Conclusion TEP can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and treatment safety in adults with inguinal hernia.It simplifies the operation process and reduces the complications and complication rate.Therefore,it has a good clinical promotion significance.
