时效激励式干预联合日志疗法在肝癌患者中应用价值研究

Time-effective incentive nursing intervention combined with log therapy for patients with liver cancer

目的探讨肝癌患者应用时效激励式干预联合日志疗法的价值。方法纳入2019年3月至2020年3月本院收治的肝癌患者69例,将其分为对照组(n=34)和试验组(n=35)。对照组实施常规护理联合日志疗法,试验组在对照组基础上实施时效激励式干预,对比两组患者干预前后负性情绪及生活质量。结果干预前,两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后,试验组HAMA、HAMD评分分别为(7.25±1.34)分、(8.24±2.74)分,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组生命活力、总体健康、躯体疼痛、精神健康、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能、生理功能及生活质量总分分别为(11.02±3.01)分、(14.94±1.96)分、(8.05±2.85)分、(19.22±3.05)分、(6.34±2.02)分、(3.95±1.18)分、(9.05±2.03)分、(19.02±3.95)分、(97.78±11.02)分,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在肝癌患者中应用时效激励式干预联合日志疗法,有效改善患者负性情绪,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the value of time-effective incentive nursing intervention combined with log therapy for patients with liver cancer.Methods From March,2019 to March,2020,69 patients with liver cancer were enrolled in our hospital.They were divided into a control group(n=34)and an experimental group(n=35).The control group were treated with routine nursing and log therapy.The experimental group were treated with time-effective incentive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions and quality of life of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistical differences in anxiety and depression between the two groups(both P>0.05).The scores of HAMA and HAMD were(7.25±1.34)and(8.24±2.74)in the experimental group,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The scores of life vitality,overall health,physical pain,mental health,physiological function,emotional function,social function,and physiological function as well as the total score of quality of life were(11.02±3.01),(14.94±1.96),(8.05±2.85),(19.22±3.05),(6.34±2.02),(3.95±1.18),(9.05±2.03),(19.02±3.95),and(97.78±11.02)in the experimental group,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Time-effective incentive nursing intervention combined with log therapy for patients with liver cancer can improve their negative emotions and quality of life.
