还原型谷胱甘肽联合脑蛋白水解物对老年帕金森病患者免疫应答及认知功能的影响 被引量:7

Effect of reduced glutathione combined with brain protein hydrolysate on immune response and cognitive function in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease

摘要 目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽联合脑蛋白水解物对老年帕金森病患者免疫应答及认知功能的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月于本院接受治疗的105例老年帕金森病患者,依据盲抽法分为对照组(n=52)与观察组(n=53)。两组均予以常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组予以还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用脑蛋白水解物治疗,比较两组免疫应答、认知功能及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组CD3+、CD4+水平均较治疗前高,CD8+水平较治前低,且观察组较对照组优,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,两组MOCA评分均较治疗前高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率15.38%,观察组7.55%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年帕金森病患者采用还原型谷胱甘肽联合脑蛋白水解物治疗效果显著,可有效提升免疫功能,改善认知功能,且安全性高。 Objective To investigate the effect of reduced glutathione combined with brain protein hydrolysate on immune response and cognitive function in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods 105 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease who were treated at our hospital from May,2017 to May,2019 were divided into a control group(n=52)and an observation group(n=53)according to blind extraction.Both groups were routinely treated;on this basis,the control group was treated with reduced glutathione,and the observation group with reduced glutathione and brain protein hydrolysate.The immune responses,cognitive function,and the incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the levels of CD3+and CD4+as well as the score of MOCA were higher and the levels of CD8+were lower than those before the treatment in both group,which were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.38%in the control group,and was 7.55%in the observation group.Conclusion The treatment effect of reduced glutathione combined with brain protein hydrolysate for elderly patients with Parkinson's disease is remarkable,and it is safe.
