强化护理管理在肺结核患者院内多重耐药感染防控中的效果观察

Effects of intensive nursing management in prevention and control of multi-drug resistant nosocomial infection in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的探讨强化护理管理在肺结核患者院内多重耐药感染防控中的效果。方法根据纳入标准与排除标准选取本院2019年7月至2019年12月于呼吸科治疗的多重耐药患者83例,随机分为对照组(n=41)与观察组(n=42)。对照组行常规护理管理,观察组行强化护理管理。比较两组疾病知识掌握率、院内感染发生率、防控效果及护理满意度。结果与对照组疾病知识总掌握率78.05%相比,观察组95.24%高(P<0.05);与对照组院内感染总发生率17.08%相比,观察组4.76%略低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组护理总满意率75.61%相比,观察组97.62%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用强化护理管理,可有效提升患者疾病知识掌握率,减少多重耐药菌的院内感染。

Objective To investigate the effects of intensive nursing management in prevention and control of multi-drug resistant nosocomial infection in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 83 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from July 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=42).The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given intensive nursing management.The mastery rate of disease related knowledge,the incidence of nosocomial infection,the effects of prevention and control,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total mastery rate of disease related knowledge in the observation group(95.24%)was higher than that in the control group(78.05%)(P<0.05);the total incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group(4.76%)was slightly lower than that in the control group(17.08%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the observation group(97.62%)was higher than that in the control group(75.61%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing management in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis has significant intervention effect,which can increase the mastery rate of disease related knowledge and decrease the incidence of nosocomial infection.
