窄谱中波紫外线联合卡泊三醇搽剂外用治疗斑块型银屑病的疗效观察

Clinical investigation of NB-UVB combined with topical Calcipotriol liniment in the treatment of plaquetype psoriasis vulgaris

目的评价窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合卡泊三醇搽剂外用治疗斑块型银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法78例斑块型银屑病患者分为观察组、对照1组和对照2组,每组26例患者。观察组患者给予NB-UVB光疗,每周2次,外用卡泊三醇搽剂,每天2次,疗程6周;对照1组患者外用卡泊三醇搽剂外用,每天2次,疗程6周;对照2组患者给予NB-UVB光疗,每周2次,疗程6周。结果观察组的总有效率84.61%,对照1组总有效率为53.85%,对照2组总有效率为50.00%;观察组总有效率高于对照1组、对照2组,差异均有统计学意义(Z=﹣2.101,P=0.036;Z=﹣2.534,P=0.011);对照1组与对照2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(Z=﹣0.567,P=0.570)。3组患者均无明显不良反应。结论NB-UVB联合外用卡泊三醇搽剂外用治疗斑块型银屑病是安全的、有效的。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of NB-UVB combined with topical Calcipotriol liniment in the treatment of plaque-type psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Seventy-eight cases of plaquetype psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into observation group,control group 1,and control group 2.Twenty-six patients in the observation group were treated with NB-UVB 2 times weekly and topical Calcipotriol liniment twice every day for 6 weeks.Twenty-six patients in the control group 1 were treated with topical Calcipotriol liniment twice every day for 6 weeks.Twenty-six patients in the control group 2 were treated with NB-UVB 2 times weekly for 6 weeks.Results The total effective rates in the observation group,the control group 1,and the control group 2 were 84.61%,53.85%,and 50.00%,respectively.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group 1 and the control group 2(Z=-2.101,P=0.036;Z=-2.534,P=0.011);the total effective rate of the control group 1 was similar to that of the control group 2(Z=-0.567,P=0.570).No marked side effects were observed in the 3 groups.Conclusion NB-UVB combined with topical Calcipotriol liniment is effective and safe in the treatment of plaque-type psoriasis vulgaris.
