循证护理预防住院患者跌倒的meta分析

Meta-analysis of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of falls in inpatients

目的评价循证护理在预防住院患者跌倒的应用效果。方法通过数据库检索国内相关文献,收集各数据库自建库至今国内公开发表的关于循证护理预防住院患者跌倒的对照实验的所有文献,并按Cochrance协作网提供的meta分析法对其进行定量综合分析,系统评价循证护理在预防住院患者跌倒中的应用效果。结果共有10篇文献11550例患者符合纳入标准,预防住院患者跌倒采取循证护理或常规护理,其预防住院患者的跌倒发生率间比较差异有统计学意义,合并OR值及95%的可信区间为0.23(0.17-0.33),结果显示采用循证护理住院患者的跌倒发生率低。结论循证护理可预防住院患者跌倒的发生。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of falls in hospitalized patients.Methods We searched the database,all the literatures of control experiments about evidence-based nursing in the prevention of falls in hospitalized patients published at home since database establishment till now were collected.The revman5.2 statistical software was used to study results of Metaanalysis.Results A total of 10 articles(11550 cases)were included in the standard,the OR value and the 95%confidence interval was 0.23(0.17-0.33).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can prevent the occurrence of falls in hospitalized patients.
