摘要
根据2013—2017年相关数据,采用DEA-BCC模型和马尔奎斯特指数方法,通过对江西省11个地级市物流效率的测算分析,实证研究江西省物流发展水平地区差异。结果显示:2013—2017年江西省物流发展水平总体呈现北部到南部由高到低的地区差异现象。北部只有南昌市与新余市实现DEA有效;江西省11市按物流效率分类,可归纳为双高类型、高低类型、低高类型和双低类型;测算年间江西省全要素生产率总体呈现上升趋势。江西省物流业全要素生产率变化存在东部下降、西部上升的地区差异现象,东部地区下降的主要原因是规模效率与技术进步降低,而西部地区上升主要是由于技术进步驱动。
Based on the relevant data from 2013 to 2017,the DEA-BCC model and the Malmquist index method were adopted to empirically study the regional differences in logistics development levels in Jiangxi Province through the measurement and analysis of logistics efficiency of 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province.The results show that the overall level of logistics development in Jiangxi Province from 2013 to 2017 generally shows a regional difference from north to south from high to low.Only Nanchang and Xinyu in the north have achieved DEA effectiveness.According to logistics efficiency,11 cities in Jiangxi Province are classified.Total factor productivity of Jiangxi Province showed an upward trend during the measurement year.The change in total factor productivity in logistics industry in Jiangxi Province has the regional differences between the decline in the east and the rise in the west.The decline in the east is mainly due to the reduction in scale efficiency and technological progress,while the rise in the western region is mainly driven by technological progress.
